How your vote was manufactured

How your vote was manufactured

(Neo-liberal adjustments part 1)

This article was initially Published on our substack On January 15th 2021, this is a cross-post of it.

The Neo-liberal system is always self-correcting, it has mechanisms in place to do that, to ensure its own survival while also achieving its own aims. If you think that your choices are your own, then you're willingly being ignorant about the power of the system and how it affects you.

You didn't choose to vote for Biden because you wanted to but because the system made you choose that. If not by blatant propaganda of ‘lesser-evilism’, then by allowing Biden to be the only alternative choice against Trump.

He represents the system as it is after all.

So, how does Neo-Liberalism self correct?

Whenever tragedies happen, any major political events which go against the established line. The architects of the system analyse the situation and implement corrective procedures to stop that, recently with storming of the capitol, we are about to get Patriot Act 2.0, but you can also look at the near past to see that this is true.

The original patriot act, 9/11 and its ramifications, these are continuous self-corrections of the system. On every level it is upgraded, it becomes more ominous and technical, more clever in achieving its own aims.

Your support for the establishment, and excuse for it. Whenever you play in the political games mandated by it, it is all manufactured.

You're a statistic, being analysed.

They analyse how many 'leftist' dissidents there are, and then try to lower that number in real life, so analyse how many supported Joe Biden compared to how many supported Barack Obama. They introduce the 'progressive', an element which doesn't threaten the status quo and is in fact controlled opposition. They learned long ago how to manipulate the spoken word in order to manufacture consent for the system.

They know that even if you say the populist things, as long as you don't act on them, it's all fair play.

It's better to have leftist propagandists in their pockets rather than have leftist propagandists that are not ‘sellouts’.

Recently AOC turned out to be such an agent of the Neo-liberal order, she, saying that Jimmy Dore is inciting 'violence' , attempted to smear Jimmy so that the Neo-liberal establishment in silicon valley has an excuse to take him down. They could do it now of course but then they’ll be expecting a bigger backlash.

They have it calculated, how to manufacture controversies, smear someone, how to lower their reputation successfully in order to then justifiably take them down with minimal repercussions.

This is how this system operates.

If you think that you made a conscious choice to support the mainstream parties then you're wrong. Your choice was manufactured based on a careful set of parameters, always in motion. The only way to truly rebel is to be conscious of the system and how it operates.

If you adopt this very methodological way of thinking then you'll be able to predict and analyse what decisions you're making and why, which will lead to a development of a good method counteracting this ideological assault on your mind.

A good example of someone who mastered that skill is Peter Coffin, his videos are very characteristic of that methodological approach, he applies it to the topics of capitalism and Neo-liberalism to decipher how these systems affect us.

His video channel aims to counter-act the Neo-liberal hegemony by analysing various aspects of capitalism from the perspective of class.

We would wholly recommend that you check out some of his videos on odysee.com.

In summary, the fight against Neo-liberalism begins within your mind, and you can only achieve a sufficient level of revolutionary aspirations by collectivising and sharing your thoughts within a group which aims at anti-capitalism.

Develop a systematic way of thinking, analyse systems and how they influence the behaviours of society at large.

Ask yourself, how does element ‘A’ help Neo-liberalism. Why is it pushed?

Don't think though that you're ever independent from it, it will influence you in one way or another. Whenever you feel angry at a 'Trump supporter' or someone like Jimmy Dore, pushing actual progressive agenda, ask yourself why???

Why do you feel angry? What purpose is it to feel angry? Why be motivated by emotions? Who benefits from this? Who loses? What is anger and why is it your go-to emotion?

Chomsky's 'Manufacturing Consent' is a good book which will lead you to realisation of these systems and how they act on human societies, another good work is 'Capitalist Realism' by Mark Fischer. As mentioned before, Peter Coffin's essays are a very good source of information as well.

Having developed a method of analysis, a way of thought, you'll be able to start making realistic plans to counter-act the global neo-liberal hegemony.

This blog is made and curated by a collective as we reached the conclusion, that online collectives can turn into a sufficient tool to counter-act the Neo-liberal hegemony. Equipped in the newest technological trends, we are at the frontlines, willing and ready to fight before the system has the chance to catch up again and develop methods of defence against online collectives and radicalism.

Our analysis lead us to this point. The current analysis though is only temporarily applicable to the conditions that exist now. As the conditions change, so would the analysis, but the actual method won't, or at least it won't change as quickly. Studies of ideological systems have been done for centuries. A multivariate analysis of social dynamics is what the architects of the Neo-liberal system use to undermine any attempts at changing the system.

We need to use our own method to counteract it, and via sheer numbers and embrace of modern, ground breaking technology, will we be able to truly resist it!

How does the system influence us, how does it control us through our sub-conscious desires, we discuss that in Part 2 of this blog series: "The Trump Neo-Liberal Twitter Ban".

We Started a Substack!

Dear Readers of this blog, We started a Substack under the name of New Wave Atlas , it is wholly run and operated by the New Wave Syndicate collective. From now on, we will be writing our articles there and cross-posting them here a few days later, so subscribe on Substack to get to read our future posts as soon as they appear! For this occasion, we started a five part series about 'Neo-Liberal adjustments', it is about how the system and actors within it change our perception of the world for the benefit of capitalism. How we are being played and how the left is stuck with tactics and strategies that are very outdated by modern standards. The system has moved on to new levels of repression, more clever and advanced, and as such, if we want to challenge capitalism effectively, we need to always be the first to use state-of-the-art technology for revolutionary purposes! We cannot just assume that what worked in the past, is always going to work, it won't, these days are ove...

The Trump Neo-Liberal Twitter Ban

The recent banning of Trump is a good example of the Neo-Liberal adjustment. Twitter and other social media platforms didn't just start to censor now, this was a precedent for some time now already. However now, the new, updated Neo-liberalism is solidified into precedent. Compared with the old version which initially tolerated major figures like Trump, the new alteration will attempt to banish them. The system readjusted itself, even major figures are not allowed on if they are to be disruptive to the system in any way. And while we know that the MAGA mob, even if they realised their ambitions, their revolution would really lead to pretty much the same old just with different faces and maybe extra amendments regarding gun laws that would get scrapped 20 years after anyway. The days of the wild west social internet are over, there was a time where on YouTube, you could access everything and even have your content promoted because it was all about getting views. Don't think that...

Why Learn a Language for Revolution!

So, why learn a language to read theory as intended? Especially given multiple translations which more or less do the job? Well, reading a piece in its original allows you to discern any hidden meaning along with better understanding the culture of the author. Poetry is especially difficult to translate and should really only be appreciated by the speakers of the original language. Goethe doesn't sound so epic in English as he does in German . Access to another world of research materials, news and information: If you only know English, then you're really limiting yourself in terms of the sort of research that you can do, you practically are limited to Marxists.org , libcom.org or other sites however there exists another world of modern theoreticians, especially from Russia and China that are simply not available to the English speaking audience.
